Agreement Between User & Oikoshreem Airlines

By accessing or using the Oikoshreem Airlines website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read these terms carefully before confirming any charter operations.

1. Scope of Services

Oikoshreem Airlines acts as a premium air charter platform, facilitating flights via our managed fleet and partner operators under DGCA regulations.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A charter flight is considered "Confirmed" after the receipt of the deposit.
  • Pricing estimates are subject to change based on availability and fuel.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to charges based on the period before takeoff:

  • 72+ hours: 25% charge.
  • 24-48 hours: 50% charge.
  • Less than 24h: 100% charge.

4. Operations & Safety

The Pilot-in-Command has final authority. Flights may be diverted due to weather or safety concerns.
